We're a small, pre-seed team building Exator, the intelligence layer for renewable energy infrastructure — and we're looking for people who want to ship.
We work from a live renewables development stack — not a dataset we bought to look credible.
You take a feature from spec to production. No layers, no hand-offs, no waiting for sign-off.
We rebuild the workflow from what the problem actually requires, not from what's already on the market.
Small team, high trust, fast iteration. We measure what shipped, not what was scheduled.
We're looking for someone to work alongside the founders on the Exator interface — turning real feedback from partners and early users into shipped improvements. The shape of the work will settle as we go; the constant is helping turn complex infrastructure intelligence into something people trust enough to act on.
Core UI for geospatial interfaces, feasibility views, and report outputs; iterating on those based on partner and early-user feedback; some light customer-facing support alongside founder guidance. Exact scope and focus will depend on what's needed and what you're best placed to take on.
We're looking for someone to help with the data foundation underneath Exator — the pipelines that bring operator data and public sources together, and the structuring work that feeds feasibility scoring and ongoing monitoring. The exact focus will depend on what's most useful at the time.
ETL work combining project and public datasets — grid, satellite, soil, cadastral, permitting; cleaning and structuring data for feasibility and monitoring use cases; occasionally turning feedback from customer and partner conversations into concrete data requirements.
We're a team of three building fast. If you think you can help and don't fit either listing, tell us why.
