About Infrahaus AI

We're building Exator — the intelligence layer for renewable energy infrastructure development in Europe. The work we automate — site analysis, grid coordination, permitting, capital structuring — is currently done by hand, on documents that go stale the moment they're written. We're a small, pre-seed team building Exator from inside a live development pipeline, working directly with operators who put real projects to ground.

What this is about

We're looking for someone to help with the data foundation underneath Exator — the pipelines that bring operator data and public sources together, and the structuring work that feeds feasibility scoring and ongoing monitoring. The exact focus will depend on what's most useful at the time.

Areas you'd be working in

ETL work combining project and public datasets — grid, satellite, soil, cadastral, permitting; cleaning and structuring data for feasibility and monitoring use cases; occasionally turning feedback from customer and partner conversations into concrete data requirements. This isn't a fixed brief — scope will move with what's needed.

What would help

  • Python data engineering experience — Pandas, SQL, ETL tooling; geospatial experience (PostGIS, raster processing) is a plus.
  • Something to show — GitHub or equivalent.
  • Comfortable communicating directly, including turning feedback into concrete requirements.
  • Genuine interest in solving hard problems in energy infrastructure.

What to expect

  • Work that sits close to the core of what makes the product defensible.
  • Exposure to data engineering, applied AI, and the energy sector together.
  • An early-stage environment — informal, fast-moving, and still finding its shape.
